  • How does your shipping work?

We send all UK orders through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

For any orders outside of the UK we automatically post international standard. If you wish for your order to be sent signed and tracked we have a separate option for this on the products page. If you add this to your bag it will automatically be added to the shipping on your order.

Please understand that limitations of being a small business means that we may not be able to ship your order immediately. Typically, your order will be dispatched within a week of purchase, if this is not the case we will contact you to inform you about the situation. Alongside further limitations caused by Covid-19. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


  • Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We do take custom orders, you can contact us through this website or our twitter and instagram (@claybelleshop). Just send us a message to inquire.


  • Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do offer refunds in accordance with your consumer rights. If you have any queries please send us an email and we will be happy to help. 

Note: This does not mean that a refund will be available in all circumstances.

  • What materials do you use to make your jewellery?

Our jewellery is created using polymer clay. All earring backs, posts and hooks we use are nickel-free.
